    Hi and thank you! (You're very brave, eating right through the skin!) Is 10 minutes really enough? Or, do you prefer your fish a bit "rare?" Other sites seem to have indicated more time than that. Thank you, again. (PS I LOVED your SET LIGHTING!     The monger will sell you a Sea Bream which is a relative of the Porgy for double the price. A bit less bony but very similar taste

    NOT 5 minutes ! That is only after you prep and roast the squash in a 450 degree oven for an HOUR, plus I don't have some of those other ingredients you call for because I never use them so why buy them ? After all the cooking and peeling and other prep , seems like you don't even need a Vitamix, you could probably use food processor ha ha !

    Would you recommend letting these cool for at least two hours before adding the coconut sugar? I feel like that is an important part of the experience having the cool vs the warm.
